About Sabrina

Sabrina founded Blacksmith to advance causes that generate economic benefit for minorities and women.


Her background spans 15 years working in business strategy, strategic planning and analysis, project management, and product management. Launching her corporate career at management consulting firm Accenture, Sabrina delivered workforce efficiency solutions for Fortune 100 companies through systems implementation, business process improvement, and analytics tools.


Prior to Accenture, Sabrina led high visibility, cross-functional projects in Atlanta and New York City at Delta Air Lines. Most recently, she oversaw the profitability of the airline’s NYC franchise. Her strategic and tactical business plans were designed to maximize revenues while improving route performance as well as strengthening brand loyalty and customer experience. Along the way, Sabrina has consulted various sized businesses on strategic initiatives.


She received a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Marketing from the University of Maryland. She earned a Masters of Business Administration in Corporate Strategy and Strategic Marketing from the University of Michigan, attending as a Consortium Fellow based on academic and extracurricular merit and having demonstrated consistent promotion of minority inclusion in business. She served as a Covenant House board member and fundraiser, Forte Foundation mentor to women preparing for business school, and has participated in various New York Cares community projects across NYC.


Sabrina enjoys traveling and has visited over 50 countries across six continents. She hails from the Washington, D.C. Metro area and is currently based in Brooklyn. During her downtime, she is hanging with her dog Nino Brown, working out, or indulging in her other pastimes of fashion and styling.
